Tip: You should move your funds from blockchain.info to a wallet where you have the private keys or seed, so you won't have to depend on blockchain.info to spend your coins; it also reduces the possible attack vectors you can encounter.

I largely agree with you, but you clearly don't know that blockchain.info allows people to obtain their private key(s), so even if blockchain.info itself isn't functioning for whatever reason, people will always be able to access their funds by having their private key(s) imported into a dedicated wallet client. Good thing is that blockchain itself doesn't have access to people's private keys, so the only point of importance is that people should be careful when it comes to maintain a top level system/device security. People are responsible for their own actions, and if they end up losing funds for whatever reason, they only have themselves to blame for....
