Erc20 tokens and Chinese developers

Is it still safe to buy erc20 token?? Nowadays I can see so many erc20 shittokens going around especially from Chinese devs... Requesting for refs to get more token... This shittokens started ever since IOST token got into the market.... I get the feeling these projects are all from same developers trying to steal bitcoin and other valuable coins like ethereum and litecoin...

What's your take on this???

What do you mean "safe"? Its not the Token but the team and project behind it you should care about. Many great projects use ERC20 Tokens.

And what do you mean by Chinese "shittokens"? Most Chinese teams I know have the best devs on the market.
Many people with PHDs and highly experienced.

Please, inform yourself or be more specific.
