According to my economic point of view bitcoin has a very bright future  Wink. Because in this Morden society everyone wants cashless method of shopping and Bitcoin provide them such opportunity. Due to its price at international market many investors wants connect with bitcoin Smiley. Bitcoin is the economic backbone in many middle class family and teenager students life. So these things makes it popular and safe its future Wink. Country like japan using bitcoin as a payment method in their country and many big companies and institutions using bitcoin for their work. So these things boost its popularity into a new secure level  Wink

Bitcoin will have a very bright future, but not as what was initially visualized.

That's the nice thing, stuff is evolving and taking on different roles and bitcoin has one in there too.

It will become more popular in the future and more and more peole will gonna acknowledge and invest on it. And when that future comes the value of bitcoin is more than we expect it. The digital currency that is not popular will probably dominate the other forms of currencies. In short I expect a lof from bitcoin in the future.

it will remain decentralized because to majority of the "real" bitcoin users, the decentralization is the main factor that made them want to be a part of it. and secondly it is the currency part and as long as these two are together and true, bitcoin will stay strong and grow bigger.

but if some day either one of these dies for good, like if bitcoin becomes centralized like many altcoins out there, it simply dies.
of course there is always an option to fork it and remove the centralization.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

No it will always remain decentralized. Suggest you read the bitcoin.pdf whitepaper before you comment on this. The decentralization aspect is the basic of the concept of bitcoin - to get money out of the hands of power-hungry people on the world.

Bitcoin will never become centralized and if you are looking for some centralized currency then there are many altcoins - like ripple which come under them. Not that the community of crypto like that though.

Bitcoin and centralization should not be put in same breathe. I suggest you guys should read Satoshi's Whitepaper. Here's the link: (https://bitcoin.org/bitcoin.pdf), instead of asking questions, first understand its designed and then ask if you find any flaw.

Exactly, lots of newbie thread asking the same question again. We don't want to be rude, but if they have the decency to read and understand what bitcoin is, they wouldn't asked such basic questions. I guess its either they are totally noob and just goes here and think that its a quick rich scheme, or they have intentions to spread confusion among newbies (paid schills), or just want to be spoonfeed with everything.  Shocked

I think the future of bitcoin is bright, and it has plenty of room to appreciate because it is now being known by more people.

bitcoin is an idol among other coin coins today because the price is very remarkable even though it is currently decreasing but the price is still quite expensive today. I think the rising bitcoin price depends on the investor or buyer who bought bitcoin

In fact, most bitcoin is now concentrated in the hands of a few people, which is obviously not conducive to the development of bitcoin.
I think the price of bitcoins will go up further if the blockage problem of bitcoin is solved after the implementation of the lightning network.
Now, however, bitcoin may have a big bubble.
