Does anyone have an idea about Paycent?

I too have this question. Seems dodgy to me, if you want to pre-register for a debit card (which in no way assures me actually getting one) they demand a 0.12ETH fee.

Are the freaking nuts or is it just me? Any people here with some experience or knowledge about this 'company'?

But they're not actually saying that they're providing me with a debit card. It's just pre-registering for one. And they want 0.12ETH for that?!?

Also, they say that they serve Costa Rica, which would then would make  the only provider doing so. How can that be? I see no partnerships, no Visa contract, nothing that assures me it's true. For me, it stinks of scam..

But I would like to know more about it from people that have some more info. For me it would really helpful if true. But also I would like to warn people if not true.
