Questions about Token

Dear members. I'm so overwhelmed by the token thingy, and I'd like to have the opinion of others.
Can somebody enlighten me about what token is, which one is good to be considered for a beginner? and what about its security and transparency?

What do you mean? There's no such thing as a "for-beginner" token. Each other coin/token has their own use-cases.

and what about its security and transparency?
This completely depends on the coin/token. Some coins/tokens are definitely more secure and transparent (such as bitcoin). And some aren't really that secure and transparent (probably like XRP correct me if I'm wrong).
