I have the Asrock H110 Pro+. Do I need the molex connectors or is there another way?

You can use a fan 3/4 pin splitter cable to run multiple fans off the same 4-pin molex connector. I just use a box fan which does a better job at removing the heat from the cards and is much cheaper and easier to replace  than multiple box fans.

Most of the fans I have you can just daisy chain together and power off a single Molex. I am currently using 5x Cougar fans and they are drawing very little power compared to my two honeywell fans that were using a ton of electricity.
