Hi All, I'm new to this site and have a question

I'm sure it's been asked before, but realistically understanding that you obviously always want the highest level possible what do you think the minimum entry level G/H would say is required to get started, and mine enough to stay ahead of the curve at say 40%. When I say that understand that when I ask that I have thought about simply setting up a system that can pay me 1 BTC a week forever. That would entail getting initial equipment to provide 1 BTC a week plus general enough BTC to by gear to stay at that level and ahead of the curve for say 3 years.

Thanks in advance

This is a very useful calculator that shows the performance decline of the miner according to the difficulty increment and also the Initial Mining Date.
