News in crypto... All that you read you need to take with distance, because media and big corporations work for self production of money..There is many news, but it's all on you what you  believe. For me news are just promoting of projects, visions an many more and a lot of "scams"(that big part of crypto believeing in it, I think).

You can never be 100% sure about the credibility of a source, because you should always keep in mind that everyone tries to take care of his/her interests and thus speaks accordingly. This is not only for cryptocoins and blockchain technology but for any field.

There are a lot of good news sources for cryptocurrency depending on what is exactly needed, You can use CoinMarketCap if you want to track rates of cryptocurrencies. BitcoinTalk and Reddit are best sources for news and related to cryptocurrecnies. I'd like to suggest join the telegram channel Crypto news also the best sources of crypto currency news.

I don't think there is a single authoritative  mouth piece for cryptocurrencies  trading.  Everything  is based on speculation.  Government  and banks news on cryptocoins  is considered  as the best source of news for trading  bitcoin  and altcoins.

I do not believe in news. Though it is more on facts, some articles are slightly biased and author decided which side he will consider. So, for me news are made just to make speculations in order for the people to believe no matter how good or bad it is.
