You are right, not only Siacoin but a big part of the alt coins are down and the price is decreased a lot in the latest months. When we see that Bitcoin comes in a good phase, then it mean that the alt coins can increase.

I invest in  siacoin before but when it pumps and get a profit I already cash out . Good thing now I cash out seems like sia will go further deep more together with the major crypto's .

I understand when in an Euphoria phase prices go up because of greed, but what's up with this market? fear? why? no bad news lately at all, cryptos are legal and more and more backed by various kinds of agents all over the world. I don't know what will happen in the future, but reversal SHOULD be huge. Anyway, taking into account that markets are not logical... who knows.

yes there is bad news lol, one of the is the etf postponed. also long on the trends search for bitcoin its not getting much intrest than last year media needs to support crypto more

Well, taking into account that it's postponed and not denied it should count like a "neutral" news, but taking into account that Bitcoin nor any crypto needs any ETF to work (why this news impacted Sia, for example?) even the denial should be insignificant.

The first time the Winklevoss' ETF was denied last year, for example, it had almost no impact in the price, in fact altcoins like Ethereum pumped like hell. So no real bad news for me, just sentiment manipulation like this news were important.

I'm not a fan of SIA which has a huge supply of coins, but i wouldn't call it a bad investment. Times are hard with all coins being dumped, so SIA will have to turn into a long term hodl. SONM is similar but focuses on computing power rather than storage, perhaps they should do a collaboration.

Damn, the swings are real. This looks like a pump and dump coin to me - whether the develpoers like that, or not.
Usually, if there is an upward thrend in BTC, siacoin goes up, but when BTC is goint down, siacoin uis freefalling.

No, the market condition isn't dangerous. It is only too volatile for someone like you.

Good luck on buying at #4 entry point. Now the price is currently 100 sats and the market keeps on dipping. If you wait a bit more, you might get satisfied with that price.

If siacoin will reach its all time down I will surely buy some of these coins because for me it's one of the best projects in the crypto world and that has a real product on the market that works and is used by people, the only thing that we've to wait is the adoption, because the concorrence is hard
