I wake up at 5am this morning to my S7 beeping. After a few mins it reboots and the hash rate climbs back up to 4.7 TH where it should be. It runs only for a couple mins and the hash rate starts dropping off. It goes to nothing and starts beeping again. I shut off the power to it. Waited an hour. Booted it back up. Now its hashing again. Its a little on the week side it seems.  4.5-4.6 TH with it occasionally hitting 4.7 TH.  Now a few days ago I moved it to the other side of the room and when I booted it back up. It didn't take off the first time. The fan spun up and back down then started beeping. I killed the power and tried again. The second time it worked fine. That was a couple days ago. Then this happens this morning. I have an S9 right next to it and it is working just fine so I know its not my internet. I have all 0's for the chips. Heat is in the mid 40's on all 3 boards. Both fans are running between 3,800-4,000 rpms. My other thought was the psu. Im running a 2400w Delta server psu on 220v. That thing is a beast. I cant believe it would be that, but nothing runs forever. Ill see how it runs today. After my new power setup gets finished. I will have to move it again. I'm afraid to shut it off because it might not come back on. I hate messing with it when it is working.

Beeping almost always indicates a loss of network connectivity. I would say change our your network cable. You also might have an intermittent fan failure, that would be something else to look at.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

Ok I’ll check the connection and cable. They have only been running a few days in a new internet switch and cables. Maybe the switch is junk. It’s a cheap little 8 port netgear.
