Inspired by skull88's bitcoin logo, here is my version:

I also made a new OS X icon based on that image:

You can use it in place of the default Bitcoin icon. It looks much better in my opinion.

I like how it's got a cartoon-feel. Would go well in an animation.

The high resolution image does have a cartoon feel to it. But if you shrink it down it looks pretty realistic I would say.

I love it. I still have the same criticism as always: the logo is that of the Thai Baht, but otherwise it looks very nice.
