They will not feel anything about it because just like the question said, what would happen if gambling "was not introduced", how come that someone would react on something if he doesn't even know it in the first place, it is kind a confusing or weird if you are something like that. And even without gambling being introdude in this world, for sure people will work hard to earn money to buy their everyday needs, and right now, even gambling exist, people are still working off their butt to have some money to pay their bills.
