I accidentally set my L3+ to DCHP when I was messing around in the settings. Miner restarted, and then would not connect. I've tried just about every solution I've found online, the only thing that could help me is that the green light seems to be flashing on a 1 second interval, and that the fan constantly ramps up and down. I did read somewhere that since it is set to DCHP, I need to manually give it access on my router, but that isn't an option on my router GUI.

Try downloading an IPScanner and see if the Scanner finds what IP address was assigned to the miner. You could also hook your computer up directly to the miner (might have to use a switch) and try to find it that way. You shouldn't have to manually give it access to get DHCP address. If you have access to the router (and the router is providing DHCP) then you should be able to see what IP address it sent to the miner as well.
