I tried to reach their customer support several time but they never replied to my ticket. This kind of 3rd class services shouldn't be accepted anymore.
Please do not trade on Mercatox if you don't want to face something like this.
I also had a pending withdrawal with MERCATOX not a big amount I was surprise because they are only limiting those with 1 bitcoin withdrawal that is not verified, mine is way that amounts very small amount to get a limited or manual withdrawal I guess that amount is lost
Anyway we found out mercatox is not paying anymore it's time to get that message across the whole board
