support@oregonmines.com if your issue with the used Avalon 6 has not been remedied. We sell used miners for our clients and test each unit before sending. They are used prior generation equipment that can easily be damaged in transit. However, we gladly replace or issue a refund for any equipment that the customer is unsatisfied with.
Just noticed your negative post during a random search and don't want it lingering on the forum without response. We utilize a ticket system that requires each ticket to be resolved so don't understand the "non-response" comment and apologize for any lack of communication.
