Yesterday I found the current draft law on the regulation of cryptocurrencies. The author made the draft a public google doc, where everyone can make comments on any parts of it. I read it, made some comments and want to share the potential main principles of regulating cryptos in Ukraine: cryptocurrencies will be regulated as financial assets, not property (so no taxes, hooray). The owners of crypto exchanges as well as creators of wallets will have to obtain official licences for their business. Others are not obliged to do so. And there's nothing about ICOs there, so perhaps they are not ready to make their mind on them yet.
