[HUOBI.PRO] WITHDRAWAL PROBLEMS!

Guys, im just gonna share my experience with huobi.pro exchange.

Starts out at January 30th 2017 3AM, i've deposited 0.2595 BTC to huobi address,
thinking im gonna try the deposit and withdrawal feature first before moving more funds to my wallet.

As of now: 10th February 2018, i still have not received my BTC.

I've sent my 0.2585 BTC to my wallet address at 30th January 2017 11PM, to my wallet address.
The status of my transaction has changed to : Sent Out
and there is a TXID of: d8a8d255bd6baebcd63c45977a929251a8a62f305f0e31b43d819946d2c0496f

but when i check the above TXid on the blockchain, it does not found anything!.

I have contacted their customer service chat, email their support and TELEGRAM Support.

Firstly they said they already processed my transaction and i should wait.
after a few days, i've complained and call on their bullshit because if it is not on the blockchain then it means the transaction is never there to begin with!.
Now they said my case is rare and will reimburse me my BTC to my huobi's account at 5th February 2018, that means 5 days have passed and still no sign of my BTC either in my wallet nor in my HUOBI EXCHANGE ACCOUNT.

What really puts me off is their email support's english, i can only barely understood them, and when i forward their support message to their telegram and customer service chat support, they also have trouble understanding their own support team!.

So far im still in contact with their telegram support! and they have been very helpful to push my problem to their tech team.

I recommend everyone who has problem with Huobi to contact their telegram support for further assistance, and please BEWARE there is a lot of scammers which using the SAME NAME pretending to be Huobi support!!!.


Im writing this topic to warn you about Huobi's Exchange slow support and withdrawal and
Im going to keep this thread updated for any news.

If anyone ever experience the same problem, please share your story here...

Hi,

i sent some BTC to Huobi, went smooth.
I bought some NAS from my BTC.

But once i wanted to transfer the NAS out of Huobi, the trouble started.
They just dont send it. And have no excuses. I am waiting for 4 days now. I really dont know what to do.

Its like they only want money in, and dont accept money going out.
