Did anybody compare them in minig, what are the usual Hashrates
FE is much cheaper now, so is it a good investment?

For mining Founder Edition of card is never good investment.
First of all cooling is not so great, and cooling is one of the most important features for mining especially in the summer.
Not to prolong, but for mining I would always choose strix version of card. In this bussines price is not so important.
Difference in price will disapear in max one month of mining, and card will stay in mining for much longer period.

I have been through this decision and have chosen STRIX, due to cooling and higher clocks. They do not go higher than 65-70C no matter which algorithm.
