How could I give merit to other people is there a certain rank before I could give to others?

To be able to give Merit you need to have sMerit. To have sMerit you first need to earn Merit. For each Merit you receive you get 0.5 sMerit. More details on the Merit system can be found here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2818350.0

I know. It's hard times for us due to this new Merit system. I understand why it was implemented but it's kind of tough for new non-spamming users.
