Not that familiar with the projects but you should take a look at what they do, what further there's to be done about it. Check if they have active users/developers and so forth. Then judge for yourself if you think it is overvalued, undervalued or perhaps in a neutral position and make your investment decision based on that. If you think it can grow based on your research then yes, if you think it has reached a peak then its best to wait.
