If you are talking about their referral progran then it was suspended couple weeks ago. They say that the exchange hit over 2 million users and they can't handle such traffic and they are aware of some security problems. At least they left a trading fee discount for KCS holders.

I`m not trying to spam. And i know about Binance`s referral program. I want to write one article with best exchanges. I need more that 1 crypto exchange with referral program.
