Like the title says, and this is a simple question. My CGminer reads a steady avg of 2gh to 2.1gh but my BTCGuild stats are only coming back on their website as 1gh to 1.3gh. Should I be worried or am I really pully my maximum power and their website is just slow at updating?

See I'm using a raspberry pi to mine with and I just switched over from the standard RPi OS to Minepeon 2.3. My stats on the old os where 1.6gh and both the site and the miner showed about the same stats. Now that I've switched and I just started running it they don't match.

I've been watching it for about an hour now and it's been steadily going up on BTCguild's end. I would still like some clarification on the matter.

Dont worry, your pool shows the hashrate of accepted shares, while CGMiner shows the complete hashrate (including stales, hardware errors and hashes that are lower than pool difficulty). The hashrate shown by the pool is usualy lower than the CGminer stats.

Pools pay for valid submitted shares, not on estimated hashrate.
Pools estimate hashrate based on shares submitted in a period of time, a lot of things can affect the estimates
