No one is willing to pay above mtgox. Especially for 1000 BTC. Mtgox is $120, bitstamp $108. Simplu pay $50-100 to wire $108k to bitstamp and buy 1000 BTC. Thus saving $12,000, but after extra fees and such we'll bump it to saving $10,000 from buying AT mtgox price. +5% well that would be another 5 figure savings ontop.

keep in mind that with us you ll get a fix price for a big amount

such a thing is difficult on any exchange : you ll move  the markets and getting filled at higher price costs

You need to give people incentive to buy. And will only pay for the lowest price out there.

Thats still too high. The most I ever pay is Mt.Gox -5% and I buy BTC all the time. But hey, its your call on what price you name. There is no need listening to me, Im just giving you my input.

Why buy at MTGOX + 1% when you can buy at 7-10% on other exchanges?
