-> You can google this or follow some crypto expert on twitter. I suggest you can follow crypto Yoda.

-> You can look up to coinmarketcal.com, this site contains all alts related news.
3. Is there any way to know real time market cap info?
-> You can look at it at coinmarketcap.com

If your talking about the CME it already expired last jan 26. Until now there's no news if they have renewed the contact(not sure though).
I think there's any good news outlet or media that is not one sided, that's what I thought but you can try here. www.coindesk.com
Coinmarketcap is not a good option, better to depend on trading platforms.
