Why is it that most of them do not have a signature campaign in there sig space? iirc, those pay out at least 0.1 BTC a month, so why do so many Legendary members tend to give up such a high amount of money just to put a BTC address or some random quote in their sig space? Doesn't make much financial sense to me. Hopefully some of you Legendaries can clarify

I don't want to appear biased in my DT duties.  People can't claim I do or don't do something out of self gain if I don't wear a signature.  :/

0.1 is extremely high for any sort of campaign. Most people will get maybe ~.03 a month in a decent campaign.

From what I've seen, most people at legendary either make enough money that signatures are just a drop in the bucket or just dont like them in the sense that they're strict and they've got lots of requirements or just the fact that they encourage spamming and lower-quality posts / burst posting. I personally put on a signature so I can pay hosting for some of my miners and sometimes buy a miner or two, possibly a GPU or rig component to offset total build costs a bit.

Having a paid signature massively damages one's reputation and credibility due to the association with shitposters getting paid to spam the forum. This is especially the case in the technical support boards, where the presence or absence of a paid signature is a fairly reliable means of distinguishing good advice from bad. My reputation will not be compromised for a measly BTC0.1 a month.

I am not on the scammers' paradise known as Telegram! Do not believe anyone claiming to be me off-forum without a signed message from the above address! Accept no excuses and make no exceptions!

That's a great ethic to have. I think this pretty much answers my question, thanks!
