This is another fake news by a possibly scam coin: Libereum. Recently, they announced that they acquired the Spanish Football club Elche CF. But, apparently this is fake news published by Libereum itself. For the original news article, see (site in Turkish, but the article is in English): https://www.chainjail.com/2019/01/spanish-football-club-elche-cf.html
Disclosure: I'm the author of the news article

so many ways that fraudsters can get money, this kind of thing happens to some ICO scam, they make a list of teams and partners as well as possible so investors are interested and trust the ICO but in the end they go, then when people on the team they contacted and questioned about their project, they then answered "I never worked on the project, I don't even know the name of the project"
so we really need to be more careful not to get caught up in projects or ICO like that

If you're publishing that you bought a football club when you didn't then you're clearly trying to mislead people for one reason or another. Stay clear of this coin.
