By submitting an offer you agree to abide by the escrow rules detailed below.
Escrow rules: I will only use John K for escrow. Since you are buying my place in line, you are essentially assuming any and all risk.
Escrow will be released to the seller (me) if one or more of these conditions are met:
1) Seller accepts delivery of ASIC unit from BFL and ships to buyer. Seller provides proof of delivery or delivery attempt to the buyer, to the escrow agent.
2) BFL publicly announces they won't fill the order or future orders
3) Community comes to a reasonable consensus that BFL won't fill the order or future orders
