i barely post thrice a week why would i get this? :-/

It doesn't say locked is says banned. You must have broken the forum rules. The most common reason to be permanently banned like that is plagiarism. Copying someone else's work and passing it off as your own. If it wasn't that have a read through the rules and see what else you might have done.

There is no chance to recover that account, i think you did bad behavior and violate the rules of this forum.
Just move on and start new journey with a new account and make sure you didnt violate the rules again if you do not want to happen that again to you.

As my fellow members already stated, there is no way to reactivate your account. Please follow the rules, the admin wouldn't have banned your account for no reason whatsoever. Keep your chin up mate.
