 Huh

So when I look up my wallet address on a block explorer such as blocktrail or BTC.com it shows that I have received a total of 19 transactions totaling 0.09226983 BTC sent 12 transactions totaling 0.07334854 BTC and have paid a total of 0.00140960 BTC out for mining fees, leaving a current confirmed balance of 0.01892129 BTC but yet my wallet says that it's balance is zero...  Either Cryptonator "My wallet" has robbed me or maybe I'm just not understanding the block explorer results could someone please explain to me where this missing btc went?
Or how and why it's not actually missing?  Any imput on this would be appreciated.

  Thanks

if you share your BTC address which u are using then possible more better solution you can get.

Cryptonator , Coinbase kind of online wallets are using Mixer while sending or recieving coins , you can't see direct sending to BTC address it is going through a second BTC address each time you make a transaction. Just to make a proxy layer.

Share your BTC address , lets check and clear your doubt.

By the way i am using cryptonator from last 2 years and never found them cheating , but yes there support is very bad.

First, if I understand Cryptonator correctly, it is like Coinbase. You don't have a wallet, you have an account, and 18jy...wxAe is not an address in your wallet, it is your deposit address in Cryptonator's wallet. In short, the amount in 18jy...wxAe does not necessarily reflect your balance. If you want to know why your balance is 0, you must check your transaction history.
