Waves may save you in the long run but accept others as lost ones already.

It makes sense to drop all the coins and go into a bunch of ETH + NEO. Both coins are likely to fly very decently in the near future.

Putting a lot of faith in Waves, it's a solid project but I wouldn't put that much % in it.
Break Waves 4 ways over Waves, NEO, Nano and Neblio

I would say drop NEO but you hold such a tiny amount, who cares.
Stellar I'm not overly big on, more neutral, wouldn't invest in it myself.
