Hi, i'm wondering which mining method is more profitable for LTC difficulty today ?
i have read something about 14 days for solo to find a block is that for first block only or for every block ?
i'm at 3000 MH/s so which's better for that hashrate speed solo or pool ?

It's average 14 days solo for every block.
I will recommend you to go with pool mining as it'll provide consistent payments every day.

Let me explain a bit about solo mining.
When you're solo mining, the collective hashing power of your rigs is working to find a block in litecoin network competing with all other miners.
It can be a day if you're extremely lucky, probably 14 days if everything runs smoothly or probably more than that.
You never know because it all depends on luck for finding a block.
That's why average fourteen days.

If for any chance your rigs malfunctions and you need to restart them, or internet doesn't work for an hour or any downtime reason.
All the hash done will be of no use!

That's why it's better to stick with pool mining, receive consistent rewards.

Now, if you want to do solo mining, in any scenario, you should have enough hashrate to find a block in an average a day.

When solo mining, the previous work done is irrelevant on the probability of finding the next block. Everyone has the same proportional chance of solving the next block dependent on their hash power. If you solve the block before anyone else, you get the full block reward plus transaction fees, or if someone else solves it you get nothing. That's the advantage of mining on a pool, where you get credit for the work you did on the block whether you or someone else on the pool solves it. Solo mining is also highly dependent on your latency to the peers you're connected to. The lower the latency of your connection, the less chance you will submit an orphan block.

3Gh hashrate is big but not huge compared to network hash, so I suggest pool mining instead of solo.

On average you will get a little more profit than pool mining, but it's better and safe to get consistent stable profits with pool mining, even considering pool fees.

It depends on both factors, luck and the power hashrate my advice for you is to do the mining in pool will be more secure and you will generate constant profits that doing the mining alone.

I hope my answer solves your doubts.

for your hash power only pool mining is profitable.

Profit should be the same, but with the hashrate, you might need to take days to month in order to get a block, and maybe more if you're unlucky.
