No prediction about the price of bitcoin so no prediction for the life of your grandma, so it is good if you ask about her private key after that, so in some kind of emergency you will know about the private key and her life saving will not go wasted. Best choice is if you people also invest in bitcoin, because; later on price will be high so buy now as it is very affording price in market so buy now price is not very high, so good and guide her about bitcoin features so she will save for long time.

Hahaha this thread made my night before going to sleep though its old. Blaming the people on bitcointalk and made her grandma invested all the life savings at $4,200.

Oh god, just because some people told you to do so, you wen't and suggested your grandma to put all her lifesaving's in bitcoin. That's just heights of stupidness. Be glad that the price has increased right now and not crashed, or else she would have had a heart attack of some sort.
It might be all good right now, but what if you are away and she needs the money badly? You are better off taking the profits you have and giving it back to her now, or else risk it. Its all upon you.

for a grandmother may enjoy the old days to realize some of his dreams it will be an option in comparison with investing, but if we see the real people as old as any still need money anyway the dead still need money for the cost of death, maybe your grandmother think long will it but if invest all its money in btc i think it's unwise any btc no btc price guarantee, its unstable price allows your grandmother have to assume big enough risk

I will not recommend anyone to invest all his/her savings on bitcoin specially me myself cant do it personally,and without full knowledge on investing  it is ok to invest in bitcoin but only the amount you can afford of losing.. There is no definite date when we all gain huge amount on btc..better pull out your grandmas investment once get her capital.

Not advisable to put all her money on a bitcoin.  You should just put at least %10 of it. Because,  it's huge money,  anytime it may drop down big time.  You need to manage things by just putting a small portion of income.  Always take note that,  the money on bitcoin is always not guaranteed.  It may change for the better or for the worse.

LoL! This man is crazy back them but if he is true and he truely invest all of he’s grand mother savings into bitcoin back when the first day of this post last year im sure he already earn a very big amount of money in december to january if he did sell too. LoL!!

If he did sell his bitcoin in December then congrats, put all your money in bitcoin or any kind of crypto currency is not yet advicesable because that is really risky, you should know that at first before you invest all your money.
