I don't know if I will put this on scam or reputation so I put it on both

I've filled up a form they offered in the service section and wondered what it is
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2851361.0

After a while, they sent an e-mail
They are asking for a review in their thread
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2846515.msg29198462#msg29198462

I think this will create a fake information.Participants haven't tried it for sure but because of the money offered they will create a fake one.
I'm just a newbie but I think this is not right

Yes beware from his services too.
I claimed a vouch copy of his VPS and he is claiming it's a full access one while it's not.You can't even install google chrome or firefox on it.You basically can't install anything on it and 90% of websites are blocked by policy.
I just wanted to post my review on his thread but it seems it's missing,he maybe deleted it or a mod deleted it.

Anyway stay away from him.

EDIT:He is also making multi threads of his service,A DT member please tag him before he scams someone

If anyone is paying for reviews, no matter if someone tests out their product or not (since it's not really organic traffic, is it), I think there is a high likelihood that he is forced to do so because he has no other way of getting attention for their product.

This usually infers that their product is garbage, or has significant problems.

He hasn't scammed anyone just yet so this thread rightfully belongs in reputation. However, by the looks of it, it wouldn't be very surprising if he does scam someone with his "method" in the future.
