People say China banned exchanges in September ... yet several Chinese exchanges are operational. What is the truth ?
China banned all cryptocurrency exchanges that operates inside their country and i think now they also banned foreign exchanges. but the truth is chinese exchanges can still operate but can only accepts people outside their country or continue by just migrating to another country, some chinese exchanges do that. as far as i know binance is based on china but they have servers from different countries that is why they can still operate.
