I am not very familiar with the project ico galaxy e solution, but my opinion of how ico will evolve, all depends on the program and mission of the project itself, if the project progam is good and real in form then the project will be successful

If they really collected 20k ETH that would be amazing for them. Lately most ICO's fail. It's not easy to collect money in bear market. Good luck for them and their investors.

Apparently their bounty was a scam and they never payed. Haven't looked at the project, but that doesnt look like a good sign.

Every project is happy when they hit their target, but most important also is the update where are the exchange the coin is targeting to enter and how is the exchange status of the coin, I'm more thank happy if I know the coin is on the exchange and only waiting for date wherein you can sell your coin while waiting for the hard cap target point.
