CEX.IO verification or not?

Hi all,

on the limits page https://cex.io/finance/limits-commissions#/direction/withdrawal  I see I can deposit and withdraw from/cto card with basic (not verified) profile.

But If I try to add a card, they want id, selfie, dna sample, retina scan, half of my finger.

What's wrong? How can I withdraw or deposit with no verification?

For fiat transactions, as far as I know you couldn't. They really require users to provide information and selfie to prove the ownership of the card. More info : How to add a credit card on CEX.IO, Payment Card Verification Guide
