How do you create a new crypto

I have a new idea for a crypto, but I don't have the necessary know-how to build it. There are guides but they're mostly about making clones of crypto's. Does anyone know a comprehensive guide, so I could create a unique crypto or perhaps some way to hire someone to help write the code for me.
