To use a coin they would have to back or insure the coin.
It couldnt be based on criminal type use .
Using crypto to gamble will be like cashing a check lots of ID and scans first time in then just sign in and hand scan.
WHO OUT THERE WHALE,DEV TEAM ,FOUNDATION .
