Question: What happens when MtGox resumes BTC withdrawals?
The prices at MtGox and other exchanges will converge towards one another and meet somewhere in the middle.
This won't happen. MtGox will go bancrupt.
Everybody withdraws their BTC from MtGox and sells it on other exchanges, so the price elsewhere will plummet down to the MtGox price.
The BTC price on MtGox will shoot up to the price on other exchanges.
