The kind of good u r looking for worth more. Ask why ? Because the person who has this skillset does not need to work for u. Using this skill he can earn far more from this script without taking any help from u. So, u need him... he does not need u.

I know what I am looking for. I dont need the full security, just basic stuff around bitcoin core on centos. And for web, off course we will pay much more, depends on bugs in script

Are you saying there are holes in this script? If so, tell the devs, they'll fix it. As for development, have you tried approaching the devs of the actual script?
