We plan on opening a fiat to bitcoin exchange in bulgaria via internet platform, and offer services worldwide.
From what we have found out so far there is no legal problem with providing such services in Bulgaria.

I would like to hear thoughts and ideas of forum members that understand the law and taxtation in Bulgaria better than us, to maybe expose possible challenges we might encounter in the future.

Thank's in advance

Understanding law and taxation is only the beginning, you have to understand Bulgaria. Go there, and live there for a month, then we'll talk.
You may begin by learning Bulgarian, because not many people speak English out there.

I used to be a citizen and a taxpayer. Those days are long gone.

You do realise that recently all the Bulgarian banks recently booted out all cryptocurrency business?

If you're not going to bother with fiat then you should be fine. If you are then it's a dead idea.
