Does anyone know how the heck to send Ethereum to IDEX decentralized exchange, so that I can trade it for altcoins there?
This exchange doesn't provide a receiving address, like other exchanges do, so I'm totally confused.
I've browsed the internet for a tutorial on how to do this, but haven't found any.

FYI: I have Ethereum in my Coinbase account and on My Ledger Ethereum Wallet. Please explain in detail how I would transfer this Ethereum to IDEX.

Thanks

You dont need to transfer Ether to idex, all you need to do is import your account by inputing your private key to directly to account, idex is just an upgrade of etherdelta. They are all the same.

IDEX is almost identical to Etherdelta, so Import only uses Metamask. to keep your Private Key safe.

IDEX works similar as EtherDelta . You only need to import Private Key . It's easy  . If you want to be safer , then you can create a new wallet and deposit ETH/token to this wallet .

Your account in IDEX works just as a regular ethereum address, so you just send ETH to the public address. You need to keep a protected copy of your private key.

you do not need to transfer anything to move your ethereum to an idex market, you simply import your wallet ethereum address on the idex market website and automatically your ethereum balance will go in there

In what sense to send ether idex? If you have an exchange account you can not do it. You must have an ether account of Myether delta or similar and then manage it directly from idex. when you enter then move the ethers from your mew to the internal account of idex for trading
