Upbit.com Foreign Account/Korean sim card

Hi everyone, need your help!

I registered on Upbit, need to verify my account, but Korean mobile number is required. Found in FAQ that foreigners can provide additional ID documents if they don't have Korean number. But Support Centre answered that Korean number is still reqiured for foreigners. Who knows what do? Or have faced the same problem?

OR

I'm looking for someone who can buy KT, SK Telecom, LG U+ sim card in S Korea and send it to Russia, or someone who is a resident of Korea and can help me with registration on Korean web-site (web-site requires Korean phone number) or any other possible option. Please help, it's very urgent.
