Hello guys,

It's been 5 hours+ of me trying to find the Zig Z1+'s Ip Address. I used the default Ip they told me to use which is 196.168.1.100. I logged into my routers setting to find the device and it shows up something like this
" 9A:24:6g:38:3d " as the devices name. I clicked on it and it only shows the IPv6 address and mac address only. It does not display the Ipv4 address. My Xfinity router's IP all starts with 10.0.0.1 and up. All devices connected to the network shows their Ipv4 addresses except the Zig Z1+ miner.

What are some things I can try to do to find a way to connect to the Dayun Zig Z1's address. Any help is appreciated!

Your 10.x.x.x network cannot see Zig in the 192.x.x.x network.

You can try this if you have a laptop - change the laptop to a static address like 192.168.1.1, connect Zig directly to it via a network cable, login into Zig using the laptop and change its settings to use DHCP, now connect Zip back to your main network, of course rest the laptop to DHCP also.

There may be more simpler solutions...

Ok so I logged into my router's settings and I changed my network to be 192.168.1.1 now. It now sees the miner under a weird name but it has its ipv4 address of 192.168.1.100. I entered that in but it will not connect me to the miner. Any ideas why? Thanks for the help!

It should appear with name dayun. Did you try with an IP scanner to see it? Sometimes it goes to DHCP on its own instead of using .100.
