Instawallet claims process problem.

Apologies for asking this here, but I can't work out any other place to ask. I'm trying to determine what's going on with my Instawallet claim, as I didn't receive any sort of email on July 19th or afterwards. Who do I contact to find out what's happening? Instawallet.org appears to be down, and there is no contact information given on the last archive.org updates.
