Saw this and wondered why it has been more focused on and mediatized. It seems like a really big deal, at least in my book. If the US were to take the marijuana approach to tolerating and integrating crypto in daily life...I mean, for me, this is the point of no return in terms of recognition and adoption.

I think it's a HUGE deal. If this goes through, this means more, than some online retailer accepting crypto. Hopefully, we see more of this coming

Another hurdle was overcome when the state of Arizona senate passed the bill on February 8 ,the bill 1091 will now move on to the Arizona house of representatives  and should they adopt the bill it would have been a major victory for bitcoin. Interestingly the senate finance committee vote ended 4-3
with one no vote , with that close margin its suggesting that there is some way to go lets keep our fingers crossed and see if the people of Arizona will become the pilgrims of bitcoins.

Yes, this is a big step of Bitcoin. Now BTC will be widely adopted as a payment instrument in Arizona. I am expecting that other states will follow this example. I think that the price of Bitcoin must increase due to this good news.

this law has long been issued by the bitcoin finance department. and this will also greatly affect the bitcoin as well because taxation in this krypto is able to filter every membership registering on kryptocurrency. but can anyone survive from all these taxes.

It's great news guys! Imagine that in time more and more governments will allow taxes with crypto and this way people will get more and more confident about it. Full adoption!

This is truly a big deal happening even though its not settled yet, but its a step in the right direction not only in Arizona, but the effect of its spread through out the United States and thereafter the entire world while the other countries that have initially banned crypto currency can begin to have a rethink when they realize the amount of revenue loss happening and the economic positive impact being lost as a result of that decision.

We however must not rejoice too much as we might end up still protesting against it eventually when we then see the details of the laws, the implementations, the rate of charging it and the punishment for violating any provisions of that law because if the article is not saying things about that, those are the silent features that will decide if its something we wanted or something we will have to do without.

If you pay your tax in crypto, this is a kind of exchange of crypto to fiat, right? So is that money taxed again with a capital gains tax?

Just being curious...

Yep, and from that moment on they know who to track to check if (maybe) he has more of that crypto he was so reckless to show. Sometimes, in life and in crypto, both, it is best to keep low profile... This I would advise to anybody.

Taxation is is inevitable in future of crypto if we want to be left alone and enjoy some of our earned crypto money.
Small steps at first. We will see more of that in future.
