Second Arrow Silver was founded June 2013, with the goal of exposing the tyranny of banksters and sovereign governments through minting silver coins with a story. We want to promote public discourse and investigation into the Federal Reserve, backdoor deals, and ultimately give people a means to take their wealth into their own hands. As of last week, we are now accepting bitcoin through bitpay.

We sell only our own products which are four individual lines of silver coins, t-shirts, and other swag. If you are in the market for sovereign, generic, or other custom silver or gold bullion, we highly recommend Amagi Metals.

Our site operates like other eCommerce websites, but our silver prices are updated several times a minute to follow fluctuations in the silver market. Currently we take credit card, check/money order, wire, and bitcoin. After going through the checkout process, you will be emailed a receipt followed by updates as your order is processed.

Because of the time it takes to mint our medallions, it typically takes 3- 6 weeks before an order goes out via USPS or FedEx. All of our orders include a tracking number and are fully insured.

If you have any questions please feel free to email us at service@secondarrowsilver.com, call us at (866) 729-4295, or simply reply to this post.

Very cool.

Do you accept bitcoin directly? //EDIT: Yes.

And can I check out without having to register yet another damned "Register to checkout!" account?  //EDIT: Not as far as I can tell.

Cool stuff.  Looking forward to getting a few of the rounds!

Thank you Bitweasil. Unfortunately we have to register our customers because of the high risks involved in selling silver. It also helps keep our prices as low as possible. If you have any more questions please let me know.

The three to six weeks shipping time is rough, but we are working on it. The primary reason this occurs is because of quotas that must be met before a round of coins is struck at our mint. We are currently trying to create an inventory large enough to supply our customers as their orders come in, but this will likely take several months. The reason we do not release our physical address is because of the safety risk to our employees and families, as we hold and transport large amounts of silver bullion. However, we are in the process of minting our first several thousand rounds. When we start making our first deliveries, I believe our customers will speak for us. Thanks for the feedback. Iron sharpens iron.

...The reason we do not release our physical address is because of the safety risk to our employees and families, as we hold and transport large amounts of silver bullion.

Whilst I understand this and applaud the forethought for employee safety, you're asking us, the community, to pay for goods which are 3-6 weeks away from shipping.
You state you need to wait for X amount of people to buy so you can get coins minted at a reasonable price, yet there lies a potential problem...

You don't meet the required number in time that means minting is delayed. The deadline then becomes longer and longer (as less people will buy due to no-one yet receiving their coin).
The question becomes do you honour refunds, pull a BFL (all sales are final, no refunds crap) or just disappear with peoples money?

The option for the latter is definately there because you've remained anonymous to 'protect employees'. You have no traceability.
Casascius has released his details, as has Smoothie. Both deal in silver coins and bitcoin. Both are technically targetable under your logic, yet neither have been.

Casascius' market is the bitcoin community. As much as we wish it was bigger, the bitcoin community is tiny in comparison to the precious metals industry. Many eCommerce bullion businesses do not post their physical address because they are pushing through tens, or hundreds of millions of dollars per month in gold and silver. On any given day they may have up to $10 million dollars in precious metals.

Second Arrow Silver customers are the entire precious metals industry and more. As an example, many of our Second Arrow Silver customers are not bitcoin customers. With their volume, they are much safer not posting their address, and I doubt they will lose much business over it, if any. This company has a lot of great products and really fun to work with. We have sold pre-ordered Manning rounds and will be selling their other products once those begin shipping.

That's bs. For example all merchants currently on comparesilverprices.com apart from Amagi Metals have their address(es) listed on their websites.

They have /an/ address.

Most of the large vendors have multiple physical locations.  The "main office" is often not where the actual material is stored.

Amagi doesn't even have /an/ address. If they do please be so kind to point it out.

Liberty Metals Group has stores in California and Arizona and I have been to both. They have both addresses listed on their website.

AJPM has four walk-in locations listed on the main page on their website.

Gainesville has a showroom with an address.

We did an interview with Jeffrey Tucker, the executive editor of Laissez Faire Books, where among many topics he discusses the Crypto-Currency Conference (3:58), Bitpay (6:09), and exchanging bitcoins for Silver (7:08). Give it a gander if it interests you.

I am confused as to why this is important?  It IS 2013 afterall. Amagi is free to do business as they please. Amazed, do you travel all the way from the UK to pick up metals in California and Arizona? Wink

All of our rounds ordered up through the first week of August should be delivered to us in the next couple of days, at which point we will be shipping them out. Amagi is also carrying our Jekyll Island round, if you would like to make a purchase through them.

We also did an interview with Michael Krieger this week covering precious metals, bitcoin, and government tyranny.
