Have Problems with this Pool, Pending after Hours not make "Balance"...

The Dip you see is normal when the backend "accounting" software crashes or hangs up. But on my graphic after the recovery my balance goes down and that makes me think they had a huge stack of orphaned blocks.

not sure the pool is working as i have mined for 2 days now and profits have not gone up on this pool. you do not see the balance change and do not see immature coins being added. it is a shame as it looks like a great pool. just no support or slow to fix. or maybe we are getting scammed , not sure but it was working good for a week or so then it went down and never worked right after the announcement that it was fixed. I think it is time to look for a better pool than this one.


EDIT : It appears that i underestimated this pool as it is fairly decent and i did not give it enough time and jumped to the conclussion that i was getting scammed. when it was just a minor hiccup that Hashrefinery fixed and it is nice to see the updates as to what is happening even when the pool is down . keep up the great work . thanks again.

Yeah, so far I'm not impressed. I've been waiting 2+ days for some shitcoin called "Crowd" to make it through the exchange process and hoping it clears before the Sunday payout...

EDIT - and that mysterious dip all the way to zero then returning to a value less than before happened to me as well.
