Like the title states, looking for legal support to evaluate a project and business model to determine if a token is or is not considered a security according to Singapore’s Securities and Futures Act.

I am not from Singapore so I am not fully aware of the many development of cryptocurrency in your country. I think I read it somewhere months ago that Singapore is considering the regulations of Bitcoin and the issuance of ICO within the state country. I am aware that there are now many ICO projects originating from Singapore so there is really a brewing interest within the country for cryptocurrency. As a trading country, Singapore can be the cryptocurrency hub in the Southeast Asian region and can take good amount of business within the bigger Asia...that is if the government will be supporting this fledgling industry with the introduction of its own regulatory sandbox and will not be following the path inspired by China: banning all involvement in cryptocurrency.
