Uploading is only done by designated uploaders and TL does not accept applications for new uploads. Also there is no Free Leech, Bonus or other way to increase Upload. You also start with 0 upload bonus. TL also has wait times for new users who have uploaded less than 7GB and carry a less than 0.80 ratio. Users with less than a 0.85 ratio will also have download slot restrictions from 4 thru 1. Users with a ratio above 0.85 will have unlimited slots. TL allows cross seeding and it is almost mandatory to cross seed to establish any sort of ratio.
